Cancellations- Must be done within 24 hours unless it’s already been ship! If you order has been ship the same day YOU CAN’T CANCEL OR RETURN WHEN U RECEIVE! If your order hasn’t been ship YOU HAVE 24 HOURS TO CANCEL AFTER 24 HOURS WE CANT CANCEL ANY ORDERS!
Pickup-When picking up, Please make sure you have prove that this your item. I will need to see ID (EVERYTHING MUST MATCH) or order number in order to receive the package. If picking up for somebody else please have that person text me that you are coming & you must have ID that match the name of the person they send me so NO NICKNAMES, REAL NAMES ONLY. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES ONCE THEY LEFT OUR POSSESSION. PICK UP LOCATION IS WHERE EVER WE ARE AT WITH THE PACKAGES OR PRODUCTS. Pick up time is limited so meaning we will have time limit of when you can pick up!
Deliveries: Deliveries are $5 to $10 dollar fee. I ONLY DELIVER WITHIN 30 MINTUNES FROM ME. FEE is NON-REFUNDABLE. For deliveries that it is you coming to the car so I wouldn't give the wrong person your order because I wouldn't be responsible. If having somebody else coming to the car please inform me before they come because we are not responsible.
Shipping: Shipping is $10 & It will not go lower no matter what but it might go higher. There are no set shipping days. we are no longer responsible.
Holds with payments: You have 5 days to get your package or I will send your money back & put products back. We are not responsible for package once it leave our possession. When coming to get your package, Please show ID ( must be the same name on the package) or order number so it wouldn't be given to the wrong person.
Returns & Exchanges & Try on- THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OR TRY ONS!
Damages- We are only responsible for damages when they are in our care. We are not responsible once package leave our care.
